PT is a seasoned Leadership Consultant with 21 years of experience in the Medical Equipment Industry, gained at Mindray, a prominent listed company. As the head of the R&D department, PT directed over 200 team members across three product lines for 15 years. His expertise in managing engineering teams has been honed through his leadership roles and is a cornerstone of his approach at IncluSmart, where he serves as a Senior Leadership Consultant.

 

PT is deeply passionate about nurturing talent and supporting personal growth. Recognized for his open-mindedness and dedication, PT employs a facilitative leadership style that instills high accountability and fosters excellence within his teams. His hard work on the Medical Ventilator project during the COVID-19 pandemic not only delivered broad social benefits but also positively impacted investors.

 

With extensive cross-cultural team management experience, PT holds over 70 technical patents, particularly in the Medical Equipment sector. He is well-versed in patent licensing processes and applies his rich experience in project planning and leadership consultancy within strict time frames.

 

PT holds a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering focused on Mechanical Manufacture Equipment and Processes. His curiosity extends to new and emerging technologies, with particular interests in drone driving and AI.

 

As an Endorsed Facilitator (EF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a trained coach by the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL), PT brings a unique blend of neutrality and support to his clients. A native Mandarin speaker, PT is also fluent in Cantonese and English.
