Lawrance began working in community development and participatory leadership in the US, then in India and Africa. He has designed and facilitated participatory processes in varied cultural settings with government, business and community-based projects in over 50 nations, with a focus for the last thirty years on Greater China.

His clients included more than 40 organizations such as TUV Rheinland , Corning, United Nations, Swire, Corning Display Glass, Abbott Laboratory, Titansoft, and Group M.

Leadership program highlights included multi-year programs on Appreciative Leadership and another on Authentic Leadership, The programs included strategy development, leadership with follow through and mentoring.

He is a certified ToP Facilitator, Trainer and Assessor. (Institute of Cultural Affairs)

Born and brought up in the USA, Larry attended the University of Illinois in Sociology. In his free time he enjoys immersing in local cultures and exploring changes in people’s development.
